*************************************************************************

1:30 pm Update : Target # 3 has been reached and booked, for + 25 pts added to the previous Gains. Short Position from 1557 is working as planned.Congratulations is in order for those private subscribers that took the trade with faith and conviction.

An interesting note is that most StockTwits $ES_F traders did NOT see the reversal coming and/or ignored the WARNING posted on this Blog due to their incompetence, arrogance or just plain lack of knowledge.

Tue - Mar 19 Swing Trade Update : SHORT @ 1557 > see below

Well, what do you know, the expected D-Day developed into a continuation of the downtrend to my surprise and delight. The Day Trading Plan is also working as expected.

**********************************************************************

Tuesday, March 19 : ES Key Levels and Trade Plan :

Markets should be somewhat rotation inside yest value area. FOMC meeting starts - ECON calendar is very light. Markets all contained within yesterdays value area overnight - YM came down and tagged 360 last weeks POC

The Key Bull / Bear Zone : 1543.50 - 1545.50 . If this zone doesn't hold then the next significant Zone is  from 1539 - 1541. Above there is 1550.75 - 1552.75 with 1555.75 as the Key Resistance above that zone. It should be a D - Day with no directional trend today , waiting for the FED, unless some unexpected EU news hits the wire.

  1. Hi Jag, would you mind telling me on what time frame you saw the bearish H&S formation and the MACD Bearish divergence?
Can you share your min target with me?

    thanks,

  2. The H & S Formation > 30min : Left Shoulder 1557.25 < March 14 and Right Shoulder 1557.25 < March 15 with the head of 1558.75.
Bearish MACD Divergence in the 4 Hr time frame.

  4. Both Right and Left Shoulders at the same exact price!, you won't ever see a more symmetrical H & S , EVER !,.Make sure you write a comment on StckTwits, thank you.

  5. True that the price level for both shoulder were the same. The reason i said that is because the drop between the left shoulder and the head and the drop between the head and right shoulder was way different and made me miss this formation.anyway thanks again, will post something on ST.

  6. Jaxie,
Here is another quick lesson in how to read H&S correctly. The drop or LL at 1554 was the only reason that the Formation worked to the downside, yes it was different in that it was lower than 1554.50 < Key support, so in other words, you are looking for this to happen to confirm the Formation is good.Hope you got it.

  10. Jag! what kind of feedback are you looking for? I mean it is obvious that your calls are spot on for most of the time so it is hard to add any value to it. from my point of view I am trying to pick your brain by asking a bunch of question so i can improve my trading skills when I don't understand your entries. and at the same time I try not to be too nosy either as I know everyone has his/her own system that they don't want to share with anyone.
that is why i am asking what kind of feedback are you looking for?
I guess my post would be #10 which would meet the criteria for another post from you =)))))

  11. Dear Bela,
Thank you for your feedback, and I don't mind your your questions at all.You seem to understand that there are market insights and clues that are reserved for the private subscribers only and the time consuming nature of keeping updates on this Blog. You and Eddy are the only followers giving feedback comments.

What I am trying to get is feedback from the others following this Blog.Need to see a minimun of 10 different long term or new followers, any feedback comments from them, otherwise would have to concentrate on only the private subscribers.

Hope that clears up the feedback request.

  12. I respect your wish and in the meantime I will do what I can and post on your blog.
So my question is you have a short position in ES and a short in ZB. Are you still holding both and the reason I am asking is because if one goes up the other normally goes down so was that ZB trade is more of a hedging trade in case ES goes higher? just curious...
Can you elaborate on the ZB trade setup a bit please?
    thanks,

    Bela

    ReplyDelete
  13. The ZB Trade was based on a very reliable proprietary indicator, it was not a swing trade, not a hedgind trade. The last position lot on the Swing Short was liquidate when it cross and traded above the key level > 1539.25 on Mar 19.The total Final GAIN for that trade was: + 75 pts.

    Thank You for yur comments,

  19. Hi Jag, how you doing?
wondering that you still think the minimum target of 1567 will happen? this was a prediction from you on ST at the beginning of March so just curious if we still see an all time high in your opinion.
    thanks,

  23. I haven't commented because I don't have much to add. I simply have a long term swing on in DX and think it has put in a secular low. Wondering out loud - if it will retest the 81 level that it tagged on Sunday - if so, may be the time to sell ES for a longer term trade. I am interested in learning more about the shorter term trading/levels you discuss re ES - Chris in Houston

  30. Hi Jag,
I am new to Stock Twits and I happened across your blog. It looks great!

I've taken trading classes at OTA and have learned supply and demand and fibonacci techniques. In looking at the YM and ES futures on a four hour chart, I see a double top set up. I am waiting for the YM to come up into the 78.6% to 88.6% range before taking a short entry. I was wondering if you see the same thing?

Anyway, I'm a newbie to the site, but I really appreciate community and traders helping traders.

    Thank you,
    Trader Jose
